Summary

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • The Digital Marketing Specialist is the digital marketing, social media, and website lead Also provides graphic design support on a limited basis. Develops, implements, manages and analyzes all digital marketing campaigns to include SEM, database/CRM marketing, email, social media and online display advertising. Manages daily operations of all social media sites, providing frequent, engaging content. Day-to-day website lead, responsible for ongoing updates and larger implementations. Works collaboratively and effectively with the Marketing & Business Planning team, internal clients and external vendors. Performs miscellaneous department functions.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required in marketing or a related field.
    • Experience: Two (2) years of digital marketing experience
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education: Proficient in InDesign or Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience: Five (5) years of digital marketing experience.
    • Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • Proven experience delivering effective digital campaigns. Solid understanding of analytics and ability to turn key insights into action. Excellent communicator, both written and oral. Demonstrated strong writing skills, editing, grammar, spelling and punctuation. Word processing skills required. Strategic thinker who is self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities and is organized. Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Willingness and ability to learn design software.
    • READING - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
    • WRITING - Advanced: Ability to write digital ads, analytics reports, etc.
    • SPEAKING - Intermediate: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group situations or before groups of customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
    • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Intermediate: Ability to analyze data.
    • REASONING ABILITY - Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
